Abstract: 

Objective: Today, the role of physical and financial resources as a competitive advantage among organizations has diminished and is largely based on strategic management of knowledge and knowledge assets. This, in turn, has led to the emergence of companies and organizations whose core foundation is knowledge and application of ideas, creativity, and innovation in the realities of the new business world. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the components of knowledge management that affect the startups in Knowledge and Information Science. Methodology: The present study was conducted in two parts: qualitative (Meta synthesis and Delphi) and quantitative (exploratory factor analysis); first, the components of knowledge management for startups were identified by the Meta synthesis method and the components identified by the Delphi method were counted. Then, exploratory factor analysis was used to summarize and categorize the components. The population of the study included 30 experts in the field of Knowledge and Information Science and knowledge management, and in the exploratory section, the opinions of 300 IT startup managers were used. The research instrument was a researcher made questionnaire. The data were analyzed through SPSS software using mean and standard deviation, Bartlett and KMO test, and exploratory factor analysis. Finding: The findings show that the components of the knowledge management of startups in Knowledge and Information Science are nine factors of knowledge recognition, knowledge creation, knowledge organization, knowledge presentation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge development, knowledge change and knowledge protection, which explain 70. 096 percent of the variance of Knowledge Management of Startups in Knowledge and Information Science. The results of exploratory factor analysis also show that the components of knowledge application, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation are the most important components of knowledge management of startups in Knowledge and Information Science, respectively. Conclusion: The results of this research can be used as a model for the implementation of knowledge management and thus provide the ground for the growth and development of such startups as much as possible.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Knowledge is the source of wealth, ability and wisdom, and can lead to national development when produced, published, managed and applied. This systematic review aimed to examin the establishment and implementation of knowledge management elements in academic libraries in Iran. Methods: All indexed articles in national and international valid databases were reviewed using related keywords. Articles meeting the inclusion criteria then underwent an assessment for study quality; the selected articles were classified and the results were completely described. Results: From the initially identified 860 articles, 28 met the initial inclusion criteria. Concerning the application and implementation of knowledge management, half of the libraries ranked below average while less than half ranked average. Only two libraries had a satisfoactory status and ranked above average. Conclusion: Generally, the establishment and implementation of knowledge management elements in academic libraries in Iran are relatively poor, but medical libraries are in a better condition; therefore, knowledge management awareness is the first step towards improving and removing the barriers to its implementation. Knowledge management, if monitored and integrated at national level, can prevent the wate of intellectual capital resources.

Abstract: 

The main goal of the present research has been to predict the job performance of female high school teachers in Sirjan based on knowledge management components, and correlation research has been used in order to achieve this goal. The statistical population of the study consisted of all female high school teachers in Sirjan, 209 of whom were selected by means of random cluster sampling and then tested. Lawson’s knowledge management questionnaire (2003) and Paterson’s job performance questionnaire (1922) were used for data collection. Cronbach's alpha, calculated for the reliability of the questionnaires, was shown to be 0.95 for the knowledge management questionnaire and 0.82 for the job performance questionnaire. Based on the results obtained, the level of the components being applied by high school teachers was lower than average. Moreover, regarding the level of use of knowledge management and the level of job performance based on teachers' education and major, there was a significant difference among teachers, while based on age and experience, no significant difference between them was identified. Furthermore, the results indicated a positive, significant correlation between all knowledge management components and job performance. The results obtained from regression analysis pointed out teachers' job performances to be predictable based on knowledge management components. The component of dissemination of knowledge showed to have the highest share in predicting teachers' job performances, while the component of absorption of knowledge had the lowest.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Knowledge management guarantees the long-run superiorities for organizations and societies. It is also the extent to which they utilize human, intellectual and information capital. Understanding knowledge management as a spirit governing organizational practices and the effectiveness that it can have on the development of urban management is essential to its implementation. This study is a kind of "applied" study. Due to the nature of the subject and the components under consideration, the approach to it is a set of descriptive-analytical and correlation methods. Data gathering was done in both documentary and survey (questionnaire) forms. The statistical population of this study is managers, deputies and experts of Yazd city (287 people). Using Cochran's formula, a sample size of 102 participants was calculated according to the principle of proportionality in the six municipalities of Yazd. In this study Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The pre-test on 30 baseline questionnaires, knowledge management questionnaire alpha as 0. 964 and urban management questionnaire as 0. 957 were used for analysis. Data were analyzed via the SEM and second-order confirmatory factor analysis test. The results showed that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on urban management as 0. 88, explaining 77% of the variance of knowledge management. Abstract: 

The fast growing evolutions in our organizations and the organizations attempt to manage these changes efficiently reveals that in order to tackle these problems, which are threatening the existence of our organizations, and convert them into development chances we need to supply our organizations with knowledge and knowledge management. Having done this, it would be possible to pass through the labyrinth of current changes in today’s world and make our organizations grow in an efficient manner. In fact, knowledge is a tool which can convert natural and individual assets into wealth and direct us to progress and improvement. In this article, with the aid of a literature survey, the concept of knowledge and its types, knowledge management and its associated models as well as its goals and obstacles especially in governmental organizations are described. Afterwards, there is a conclusion on how to expedite this procedure and finally, the current situation in Police Organization is discussed via interviews and document studies. This approach has been followed several times in recent years and has led to a number of outcomes.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to identify the components of a knowledge management-based talent management model specifically tailored for physical education teachers in Iraq. A qualitative research design using grounded theory methodology was employed. Participants included 15 experts selected through purposive and snowball sampling, comprising experienced physical education teachers, sports management faculty, and administrative personnel from the Iraqi Ministry of Education. Data were collected through semi-structured face-to-face interviews and analyzed using Strauss and Corbin’s three-step coding approach: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The interview transcripts were systematically examined to extract codes, categories, and conceptual linkages that formed the basis of the emergingmodel. The analysis resulted in six core elements of the model. Causal conditions included meritocracy, cultural development, compensation systems, professional development, legal requirements, and transparency. Contextual conditions involved organizational support, technology infrastructure, strategic alignment, job-person fit, and managerial attitudes. Intervening conditions were identified as political barriers, financial constraints, legal rigidity, and organizational adaptability. Strategic responses comprised in-service training, external training, talent retention, talent development, recruitment and deployment, and structured identification systems. Core strategies centered on conceptualizing talent and establishing management structures. The outcomes included enhanced teacher motivation, extra-role behavior, knowledge creation, knowledge transfer, organizational commitment, succession planning, and the formation of knowledge-centered educational institutions. The findings underscore the critical role of knowledge management in modernizing talent management practices for physical education teachers in Iraq. The resulting model offers a comprehensive and context-sensitive framework that addresses institutional, procedural, and human factors in the teacher development process, with potential implications for broader educational reform efforts in similar socio-political contexts.

Abstract: 

The main purpose is very research is to study the relationship between GIS and Knowledge Management components. Because of mixing two categories of quantitative and qualitative researches, the very research method is a mixed exploratory method and information gathering tools include questionnaire and interview. The collected data by the questionnaire were described and analyzed by statistical method, using "EXCELL 2007" and "SPSS 20" Applications. The research results, indicates the existence of a meaningful relationship between GIS and knowledge management. The relationship between software components in GIS with knowledge management components was rejected which shows this system is comparatively complete in software regard. The strongest component of the very system is communicative network which indicates the importance of network GIS like web GIS.

Abstract: 

Due to recent significant technology development and communication knowledge that provides fundamental changes in distance education, management of knowledge components can have positive impacts on Payame Noor university education system. This study aimed at addressing and determining the fitness of knowledge management components in promoting the productivity of distance education (a case study in: Esfahan, Ilam and Alborz provinces). The research method was descriptive correlational. The sample consisted of all the employees of Payame Noor University in Esfahan, Ilam and Alborz provinces who were randomly selected consisting of 755 employees. The instruments used in the current study were questionnaires of Nonaka and Takeuchi management, Jahed organization efficiency, Robins'' organizational culture, information technology and management. The data were processed and analyzed by using SPSS software LISREL number 72.8. The obtained results revealed that there is a relationship between knowledge management component and practical and technical management. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between cultural components. Also, there is a relationship between technical and practical management and cultural organization. The data in this study are in correlation with theoretical background and this shows that the stated questions are in line with theoretical bases.
